Karolina Pinkhasova is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with extensive experience supporting children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs. She is the Founder and Clinical Director of Stepwise Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy, where she leads with a strong commitment to ethical, compassionate, and data-driven care.

Karolina has dedicated her career to early intervention and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), specializing in individualized treatment planning, parent coaching, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
